About Low 2-C Dialga and Palkia

Alright. Now this isn't a downgrade or an upgrade really, just clarifying this before anything.

However, this rating for a while has been bothering me. To be more specific, I don't understand why its only Low 2-C and doesn't apply to their 2-B forms.

Yes, Dialga and Palkia stablize space-time with just their heartbeats and breathes alone, hence the rating. But what I don't understand is why does this only apply to their sealed forms and not their unsealed forms. Aren't their sealed forms supposed to embody time and space as whole concepts(s)? As in, all of their sealed avatars throughout the Multiverse all embody the same time and the same space throughout the Multiverse? Why does it only apply to a Low 2-C universal scale?

If someone could help explain this I'd very much appreciate it.

Because the Pokedex is only knowledgeable on the sealed forms. Only person to encounter the true form was like Cyrus.

Unsealed/True Form = Conceptual/Abstract being.

Hmm okay. But how would that mean it only applies to A universe instead of THE Multiverse?

The dex entries where made long before Pokemon got revealed to a Multiverse. It was thought by the time of Gen 4 that were was a few universes, main one being only one. Wouldn't it just change the meaning of the entries so that instead of stablizing a universe with a heartbeat/breathe, it would be transfered to that of the whole Multiverse?

There are more than one copy/avatar of dialga palkia.

PMD dialga is different from anime dialga who is different from manga dialga who is different from movie dialga.

Yes, but don't those Avatars still embody all of time in the Multiverse? Or just the universe where the Avatars linger in?

If they are only avatars, they are supposed to be lower manifestations of the true self. They cannot embody the Time of all Multiverse. That's the unsealed body.

Otherwise Avatar = Unsealed form. Which clearly isnt the case.

So the Avatar Dialga and Palkia just stablizes the time of the universe their Avatar respectively comes from then while their true forms are all time/space?

There is no avatar by universe, that is quite obvious, the creation trio has its own dimensions, and more if we speak of Giratina, simply the avatar of Dialga stabilizes the time of the dimension in which it is at that moment.
