I do not know. It is hard to quantify such a feat. You could just mention it as "Regenerationn (Unknown degree. Easily withstood the Flood's attempt to infect him)".

@Ant I should have clarified this a bit more, but I did agree on it being mainly low-mid as he did take a laser beam from the back and he momentarily survived the said laser until he died from it.
