Ability Scaling to Anilaza

This revision is going to be similar to the one where Majin Buu screamed and opened a portal and a whole bunch of people got that ability. Now, I know this is the same exact ability, but this one is obviously a more prominent and combat applicable usage or Portal Creation.

Okay, so Anilaza can create portals by bending space with his punches to essentially warp his punches directly to the opponent without actually moving from his spot. It was stated that he was bending punches with sheer power, so I think everyone who is more powerful than him in Striking Strength should scale. This would be everyone that's Low 2-C, but like the other method of Portal Creation, it would be out-of-character for them to use.

For Buu we had Piccolo implying that everyone comparable to Buu can open a portal by screaming and Gotenks was able to do so, but here is not implied and i think is an ability exclusive to him, i can fully accept this only when one another character does it.

Yes. If Jiren randomly starts to bend space, then it's ok to apply, but for now it's better to wait.
