Honestly, while Thor has superior AP (>337.6 Megatons vs >>137.52 Megatons), Kaizo's superior skill will make up for that. Plus, as you said, the energy barriers could defend against the attacks. His best chance may be BFR or disabling his tech, though I'm sure Kaizo could take Thor out before that and Thor doesn't usually seem to do these abilities either.

Gonna vote for Kaizo, unless anyone knowledgeable in Ultimate Marvel gives counterarguments
