It wouldn't change anything. Low-Godly regen makes it impossible for Cell to make her STAY DEAD, and her hax is more then enough to net her the win.

Low-Godly means that just hitting hard won't do anything to her, as he true form isn't physical. And she has plenty of abilities that do not need to be physically universe level to damage her opponent. Existence Erasure, BFR, Conceptual Manip, etc.

This isn't a character that would be too bothered by AP or Durability.
