A toy fights cell

He killed full powered Super Saiyan Goku with it, but Super Saiyan Goku doesn't have a value for his AP so that would probably mean he's baseline. So Woody's 133x more durable then the strongest person Cell killed with the explosion
 
Cell can probably absorb Woody (Woody's small size would just let him avoid it easier), and if he didn't self destruct then he could just tire him out (Although this would take quite a while), And throwing him into space might work (Since Rocket Ruckus isn't spammable)
 
Cell Can't absorb non organic beings by poking them with his tail. He could possibly absorb them by swallowing them, but he never tried that on 16. He only uses the swallowing method on 17, 18, and Goku in GT. Everyone else gets the stabbing treatment.
 
Since tail swallowing a non android, tossing a foe into space, spamming Solar Flare, and using ranged attacks against a flightless foe and trying to destroy a planet without his self destruction are not standard tactics of 2nd form Cell, why don't we bloodlust him to give him a fair chance?
 
Seems like a good idea because it puts pure physical strength and durability (Woody), two of the three most important variables of a fight along with hax, against stamina, skill, versatility, range, and intelligence (Cell). Weak but skilled vs unskilled but strong.
 
Woody still has some fighting experience, and skill (He actually technically has more experience then Cell)
 
But Cell has better technique due to being a being made up with the DNA of combat geniuses like Frieza, Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta. He has martial arts mastery and acrobatics, not to mention much better flight.
 
Also Cell grabbing Woody is actually a bad idea as unless Woody's completely restrained he could just destroy Cell's hand thanks to lol-AP, and now that he's close he could just go to town on Cell
 
And since Cell regenerating takes up energy Woody could actually tire out Cell thanks to the massive amounts of damage he would be doing with every hit.
 
Would he know that Woody's not organic? Because he might try to absorb through stabbing and since Woody's inorganic it wouldn't work and now Cell is really close to Woody allowing him to once again go to town on Cell

SSJ Goku scales to Perfect Cell.
 
Goku is still stronger than post HTC Piccolo, who is Large Star level. So, the pecking order is 2nd form (Semi Perfect is a fan name, only his first and final forms have names, the former coming from the name of his introductory arc, the "Imperfect Cell Saga") Cell is weaker than Post HTC Piccolo is weaker than Goku is weaker than 2nd form Cells self destruction. Goku is stronger than Piccolo, so he's clearly not baseline.

Cell has survived his own Self-Destruction. It's where his Regen comes from.
 
And yet he did. It's exactly where his Regen comes from.

Him being surprised about it doesn't mean he couldn't survive it again.
 
And along with Cell's Zenkais even if Woody somehow survives the explosion, he'll have an extremely large power boost.
