In-character, but both are serious about winning.

Win by whatever they would do in-character to win.

Gwenpool has done some reconnaissance with Gutter Space and learned of Dio's terrifying ability to stop time. Dio has learned from his men that the hitman sent after him has the ability to hop in and out of reality.

Speed equalized.

Starting distance: 100 meters

Gwen is kind of forced to lose this one. If she hops into any panel/reality where time is stopped, she instantly freezes in place and DIO senses her new presence.

I don't see how gutter space can help her get past time stop in general.

Given the distinctive look of the world mid time stop, her prior knowledge, and the lack of any movement signifiers in the comic panel, I'd say she'd know not to hop into any panels where Dio is the only thing in colour.

Gwen would go giant and prepare to kill him but threw the power of the dio charm he convinces her to stop with some sob story and convinces her, gwens a filthy westaboo and wouldn't know Dio was evil and be convinced by his acting skills. She would leave and threw removing the opponent from the battlefield.

Time Stop gets noped. He can't even get closebdie to teleport, and Low 7C weapons mean regen is out

How does time stop get noped? Maybe I don't understand gutter space, but if he stops time then she should be frozen. She can't escape that panel, and if a different gwen from a different panel escapes to help the "current" Gwen, she is immediately frozen in time as she enters.

I just gave you my analysis on why I think DIO would win; his timestop is too all encompassing and should be able to activate faster than I've seen Gwen crawl out of a comic book panel, from there he drags her back in and destroys her. No other Gwen's can interfere within stopped time, if they enter the panel then they too become frozen in time.

Yes but the timestop isn't going to let him find her, and especially then, if he does, I doubt someone as arrogant as Dio would kill immediately.

If you look at P3, in battles he immediately goes for the kill. He was trying to see Polnareff's willpower which is why he didn't kill him at the stairs and he didn't insta donut Jotaro because Jotaro was talking about his Stand's combat prowess in comparison to his own. With Kakyoin and Joseph, where these factors don't exist, he just kills them.

If Gwenpool manages to enter Gutter Space before Time Stop, Gwenpool in Gutter Space is outside of time, so while in Gutter Space Gwenpool is unaffected by Time Stop.

Also for those asking how would Gwenpool know which panels are in stopped time. Gwenpool can see speech and thought bubbles and Dio almost always counts in his head how much time has passed in stopped time or states when time has resumed.

Hopefully that clarifies Gwenpool's powers for people unfamiliar with the character.

I mean, he tries to donut Kakyoin the instant he gets nearby during the car chase and then donuts him as soon he can once he gets in range. Kakyoin, who is a non-Jojo human that wanted to kill him and did not have a stand ability that let him hop in and out of reality.
