It was low tier, like 4 or 5 people at once, but there was a recent CRT that might have made that universal, not sure.

Actually the universal mind hax wasn't accepted according to the CRT

If it’s only 4-5 then Sonic easily resists in base (he resists conceptual mind hax in base regardless). Emeralds further enhance his resistances. Seems like Sonic just one shots. Unless do you know where that CRT is?
 
He’s beaten Chaos who has mid high Regen too. But even if you wanna say he can’t bypass with AP, he can a WIDE variety of hax at his disposal that X just has no counter too (Transmutation, Deconstruction, Time Manip, and Void Manip immediately come to mind).
 
I would not antecipate myself out of the way in stating such conclusion.

Simply unrelated, but I would like to point out that no other Ben 10 supporters commented on this thread per hour.
 
If Sonic is half 2-C here he can probably punch or chaos sphere past AX’s regen. AX’s wincons (BFR to Forge or Null Void, Pseudo-black hole and 2-B EE if that’s actually a thing) are pretty situational, however he could probably forcibly teleport Sonic to BFR him so there’s something there. So Sonic should take this low-diff if not a stomp, especially if AX’s mindhax didn’t get upgraded.
