Is somebody willing to apply what remains to be done here?
 
so wait since they are all 9-B again does that mean Snatcher VS Spongebob should be readded to the profiles or should the match be redone

not sure exactly what change would be applied for dweller mask to hat kid, you'd have to ask giver. i see it being reworded to say that it pulls objects from other dimensions.
interdimensional range for dweller mask (note: only me and giver (who claimed it) explicitly agreed to it but it should be uncontroversial)

At least 9-B (Empowered Mustache Girl to be able to fight Hat Kid), likely higher (Can create dimensions with starry skies, although it takes hundreds of time pieces to do this)

i need to know if the reasoning for 9-B is ok.

Dweller's Mask is Interdimensiinal ranged non-physical interaction

The Empress should just have something like "Can attack an opponent even when they’re not close to her"

applied AP to the time pieces page, all that needs to be changed now is dweller mask's interdimensional NPI and empress's thingy.

I'm fine with adding both. I didn't play the DLC so I can't say much on the Empress thingy.

Edit: The wiki updated itself in a format idk how to use, so I may not be able to apply it till I understand it.

Fixed the Non-Physical Interaction reasoning as she does it to both enemies and objects, and as explained above in the thread the entire green thing is a color coded game mechanic.

Other then that this thread can be closed.
 
Can Snatcher VS. SpongeBob be added back since Snatcher's 9-B key has returned? If I recall, I've seen this sort of thing with another character that got re-upgraded.
