I guess this all boils down to a fight of skill. Both of them are around the same AP, have about the same amount of hax, and speed is equalized.

Although I would use Old Taejin. He might be weaker, but his mastery of Re-Taekwondo is far greater.

What is the exact value of Jin's AP? From what i could found, this is Heihachi scaling chain:

So Heihachi have massive AP advantage then, his profile are missing a lot of moveset as well. Heihachi at this point have fought a variety of opponents for a long time, that's all i could say.

This is young Jin so he isn't as skilled as his older self as there was only 1-2 chapters about him.
