So apparently Charlie is 5.4 Megatons while Hanatora is 4.8, he has an AP advantage but not much.
Hanatora would start the fight in the same way that I explained in that thread. Charlie would first have to defeat her clone (shares the same status as her) so that she can finally fight.
But the problem here is that both Hanatora and her clone are invisible. Which would give her absolute control during combat.
I don't know Charlie very much and from his profile I don't see many wincons for him. Mainly because the original Hanatora is invisible, it can be intangible to attack mainly with Sleep Manip from a long distance.

That's not too big a deal. Charlie can sense beings from kilometers away. So if anything, Hanatora would have difficulty finding Charlie at the very start until he reveals himself to go on the attack.
The real question is how much she spams her intangibility. Since Charlie doesn't have Non-Physical Interaction (yet), it depends on how frequency she uses it. Since pretty much all of his attacks have to land for his hax to work.

Hanatora not spams intangibility. She actually only used it at one point in the series for locomotion, but she could use it in combat in order to evade. How Charlie powers work? Beacuse Hanatora can see invisible being, ghots and sense being on a town-sized scale.

For whatever reason I started thinking about the invisible dude from one piece.
Regardless, if she doesn't spam invisibility, then Charlie has a solid shot here.
His main techniques are firing off white diamond shaped shinsoo that when they hit their target, strike them blind. He also has a needle (read: weapon), that can poison his enemies when he strikes them with it.
Aside from that, he usually flies and spams beams of shinsoo. But he opens with the white noise (white diamond shaped shinsoo) technique. And then goes in with his needle.

Her invisibility is natural and is always on, she can disamble it but probably this will not happen because the only times she did such thing were at the request of other people.
Blinding the opponent would be useful but Hanatora has ESP and she can also create another body if she is severely injured.

I doubt her invisibility will prove any real issue to Charlie. Like most ToG characters, he can sense people from long distances through the shinsoo in the environment.
He can also blind the clones she brings out. Since she doesn't have resistance.
How long does it take her to make the clones? He can sense her and the clones. So he should know that there are multiple enemies to deal with.
