Put me down for FP Meguna.
I believe his likely Invunerablity Negation (cursed energy) filled, Possible Soul manipution inducing Danmaku invisible slashes should get the job done, especially since their speed is equal and his domain range.
Charlie being bloodlusted and going on the offensive may not be the best for her since She has little battle experience and battle iq. Sukuna is a genius when it comes to fighting and will likely find her weakpoints.
Charlie has very little range besides from her firework explosions (Although, she doesn't seem to use them when she's in her transformation and seemingly relies on her overwhelming power and spear) so Sukuna can just move back and spam invis slashes, especially since he has prep time. Besides, even if she does use explosions since he's being rather distant, the fireworks still need to travel and can't just appear where she wants them to so, again, Sukuna will dodge.
And, as long as she doesn't hit him with the trident (Which he knows not to due to preptime), he'll be able to heal and has the stamina for a long fight.
Plus, since he has Big Raga in this fight, even if you don't believe Sukuna himself has Invulernability Negation, Raga can and WILL gain it during the fight and Charlie can't do anything to him because she can't see him nor can she sense him.
WCS tears through her invulnerbility if all else fails and both he AND Big Maho can use it and Raga can use it better (Should that be granted to Raga [which it doesn't seem to be] but, even if it isn't, I believe Sukuna can fulfill the Original WCS conditions on his own, especially if he has Raga pressing Charlie as an invisible man. Besides, he can always make the binding vow to do it instantly and take Charlie out at a moment's notice).
There are things on other cursed energy related hax for that also help sukuna's case but, I feel like this covers the main things.

I'm not if you saw this already but OP says FP Sukuna in Megumi's body with access to his true form so this is 20F Meguna.
