Uh.. while I don't know much about Rick (and a lot more about Goji), I'd say he can take this if he shoots first and with time-stop, but it heavly depends on the distance (whoch by SBa, 4km at max should be enough to not melt via Godzilla's sheer presence).

For now, my vote goes to the scientist.
