Parappa should take this even though gelatain has his ranged options parappa gets close he ***** him up and he can do this easily with his elasticity and he should just be able to beat him up with his karatae also considering geletains options are usally fork spam it's be hard for him to hit him considering he's cannonically flat in parappa 1 and 2 he's also just agile more than geletain

Speed is equalized.

And PaRappa has the tendency to actually face his opponent, so he would still be left vulnerable to the Acid Spitballs.

Elasticity or getting up close gets countered by LS or even an opening to inject him with the syringe.

PaRappa's range <<<<< Gelatin's, and that elasticity seems to only be a few extra meters, not enough to really hit Gelatin who also tries to keep his distance.
 
being agile doesn't have to do with speed when parappa sees the forks coming at him he can dodge parappa isn't gonna let geletain hit him with those forks and syringes

Yes it is.

And at the same time, PaRappa lacks any ranged options. And Gelatin also keeps his range as well. Most close range moves of him require him to actually get up close, which is either being incaped by higher LS or frozen by a syringe. Tell me, when has PaRappa ever dodged a bullet? And I mean, a mass fire of bullets? Specifically like a machine gun type. Because thats what Gelatin's pretty much is.
 
Too bad this wont be added. At least this will need a rematch after the move is done.
