Let's see..

Bubble is easy to pop since it can be done with common household objects, never mind lasers that apparently atomize Morphman's opponents. I think that's done to show how easy it is to pop real bubbles. If anything, Bubble's durability should be the exact same as a soap bubble of comparable size.

Morphman... He died from getting mugged by bats.

Morphman typically starts off by being stupid and talking. Of course Morphman is bloodlusted, which means instead, he would have a 33/33/33 chance of using either his molecular sampler, his morphs, or his laser. If he uses the former, he dies. If he uses the latter, Bubble dies.

Bubble's AP is so high that she can kill Morphman just by existing. Granted the several meters range Morphman has is mostly based on personal interpretation of the scenes, but Bubble's freeze syringes outrange Morphman somehow.

Morphman had used the Robot Dog and Skeleton morphs in combat. Dog has lasers, Skeleton has sword. Bubble outranges sword and laser.

Based on footage of the game, Morphman has a basic idea on how combat works, while Bubble... I don't think you need to have Bubble to participate in a challenge to know that she can operate a spaceship, which is similar to piloting an airplane at the very least. While Morphman has a Jet Morph, I think there's a difference between being a jet and piloting a jet.

I think Bubble takes this, partly because of her range and partly because of the one singular definitive wincon in Bubble's favor (the molecular sampler lead) out of all the possibilities that, quite frankly, would go either way.
