What do you mean by basically? Are you saying that since Strange Visitor reaching beyond the what even a 5D creature can reach would imply that . Which sure, but that logic wouldn't Arale being able "to manipulate 5D worlds and go beyond that realm's 4th wall" also basically do that.

I use basically often for no reason, so edited my comment here. He is 6D in low 1c rather 5D. Basically with that sort of dimensional stuff, he > 5d imps and the fifth dimension.
