How is it only multi city block level? Either way the question is, could Wario survive that intense heat? He doesn't seem to have any heat resistance. Besides, could Wario even touch Superman?

Sentry flew into the sun and it melted him and he's a 4-B. He lived through it but it still melted him to a skeleton and his regen is higher than Wario's. I think Wario dies if he gets thrown into the sun.

This is true, and can be backed up further by the fact that Wario has no heat resistance, and Superman can just chill and hopefully keep him pushed in if needed.
