well, mana zone is going to make it difficult for leone to hit mereoleona, and on the opposite side it should be fairly easy for mereoleona to hit leone combine that with calidus brachium and some fire magic and it should be fairly easy for mereoleona to end leone. i vote mereoleona

Mereo has Mana Zone and she's very difficult to hit because of that, both are very experienced combatants and I put them on the same level with experience/battle skill.

Leone's stat amps are greater than Reinforcement Magic. Mana Zone though is better than that.

Power Nullification is useless against Leone who's a physical fighter.

Leo has Low-Mid regen so she can heal in some time from burns, that's good advantage

But Mereo's MZ gives her the win, no doubt.
