And Absolute Zero doesn't kill the body.

Thus it wouldn't remain active.

So:

Gets knocked unconscious => Soul is inactive

Dies => Soul is active

I don't think I need to explain why this is absolutely ridiculous.

AZ absolutely kills the body. If it doesn't fall apart afterwards, then it wasn't AZ.

Samus' Ice Beam doesn't do that because it isn't AZ

<Dies

You're not dead, for like the fifth time, if your body is dead but you can regenerate from your soul, then you're not dead, your soul remains active because you're not unconscious or dead

Shoot, I forgot it was Nigh

Whoops

Ignoring the AZ stuff for now, how often does Sigma use his Mind Manipulation? Apparently the potency of his mind hax is in the billions which is way above what Ganon could ever hope to resist.

Sometimes extremely soon, sometimes after a little while.

Then again with two years of prep you're practically bloodlusted

So:

It's AZ, Ganon's body gets destroyed, he regens.

Or, it's not AZ, and Ganon break himself out/ has it melted by one of his fire minions.

Nigh-AZ doesn't make things fall apart because AZ is what causes it.

It's like the breaking point of an object. Stuff below it doesn't break it, but it can't go past that

So, it's just really cold ice?

I know the whole Bose-Einstain thing along others, but fiction is still stuck at newtonian physics.

I mean it's "very cold ice" the way the Sun is "a very hot place" but yeah

Sigma has AZ ice since he has ice attacks that should be compareable to, if not superior to, every ice robot master and ice maverick ever.

So it desintegrates and Ganon regens.

Sigma virus most likely affects only robots.

AP is useless as Ganon regens.

While Ganon can BFR them to the dark world that passively transmutates, powernulls and others, or even exploit OP and prep to go to the Dark World (which is part of the LoZ verse, so it's still inside the battlefield), leave a one-way portal to the dark world and lure them there.

The TF can easily warp completely an entire pocket dimension the size of a solar system, can actually be used to wish away guys as seen in SS when Link used it for Demise (he then had to go to the past and kill his past version as well without TF for reasons a bit long, but he was definitely dead before travelling back in time).

It's the kind of RW that can grant wishes, and it can go from simple things like breaking spells (Zelda II) or wish away enemies (SS), to wish for futures in a way that it's borderline Fate manipulation (WW), to even reverse everything someone has done (ALTTP), meaning that if Ganon wished for something like this one, the Sigma Virus is death. This is without even considering its concept manipulation.

AP is not In fact useless as Ganon turns into an insane monster that can't think rationally after he does regen since that CRT isn't over

So I think I might go with Sigma due to his Mind Manipulation which is said to also affect humans on his profile, and from what I can remember from my past playthroughs of the MMX games he tries to spread his virus as quickly and often as he can (But it's been a few years so I might be misrembering). But I'm really on the fence with this since either one of then could end this quickly one way or another.

>Signa's mindhax affects humans

I stand with what I said earlier, this is a stomp

Where is it stated? Because, at least to me, it makes little sense for a digital monster virus to affect humans.

Wait, is this still 2 years prep? Because if so, literally nothing Sigma does in the meantime would save him from Ganon just using the Triforce to just...achieve the thing he was always trying to do and turn everything into the Dark World, which UKG's Sigma into oblivion with its passive effects.

That or wishing Sigma was erased from existence or something.

I mean, unless Ganondork really did those wishes (which from i read he doesn't) i don't think you can use that as an argument

The funny part is that the Sigma side mentions Sigma doing with his prep time things that he is canonically confirmed to be able to achieve.

Ganon side basically translates the prep to "Ganon Yogmotts because that's what RW is all about".

I don't care about the winner honestly but at least construct your point within the limits of reasoning, otherwise I could use the same reasoning to say Ganon insta-kills anyone that is not 4-D via prep.

My point:

I wouldn't be surprised if he wins this.

But I'll be honest, this wishing deal with the Triforce probs makes me more confused/bothered than any victory for Ganon (or Link) ever will.

There's never been a point in the series where Ganon wished away his enemies with the Triforce. It's completely OoC for him to do so.

As for Sigma mindhaxxing humans... I particularly don't remember anything of the sort, myself.

Other than the M. Wars, I recall that by Megaman X8 the humans had been evacuating from Earth and migrating to space (starting with the Moon) due to the effects of the virus, but that's most likely referring to the many disasters and reploid rebellions caused by the reploids and mechaniloids gone maverick, not because humans had been directly infected.

Dr. Weil in the Zero series refers to a lot of humans as Mavericks at some point tho. Dunno if that has anything to do with the Virus being listed as capable of affecting humans.

Also just pointing this out about the whole Low-Godly deal but Sigma can remove and affect Souls.

He was behind the Erasure incident in Megaman Xtreme 2 where they could remove the DNA Soul to increase their power and Iris says that is exactly the same as a human's soul.

Also quote from Iris:

"The Repliroid's movement DNA Program that has been extracted. It seems that Berkana extracted the souls from erased Repliroids to insert them in the bodies of Irregulars."

Berkana being one of the main antagonists of the Game directly controlled by Sigma.

Also, dropping this here too but if above is not enough proof that Soul Based Low Godly is no guarantee of safety here, Sigma states himself that he can delete Souls.
