• Speed is equalized
• Both are 9-C
• Both start on the opposite sides of Camp Crystal Lake (at night).
• Both have full arsenals

Is Jack just a regular dude with a knife? If so, Mad Dog should win quite easily. Rama can beat 4 dudes with machetes at the same time, and Mad Dog is better than him at that point, so one guy with a knife shouldn't be too hard

It should be noted that Jeff has weapon mastery for his knife. The question I'm asking is which is better in this circumstance, Mastery over a knife or mastery over martial arts?

Knife absolutely beats bare hands most of the time, but here it'd depend on how skilled Jack is with it. Mad Dog is quite a monster in martial arts, so Jack would have to be pretty good to win.

Eyeless Jack's first key was just him being the normal Jack the Ripper? In which case he is not very good with combat at all, whereas Mad Dog is a good martial artist and can likely kill or knock out Jack in one hit. I'll go with Mad Dog for now

Bro mad dog has a major skill here, fighting people with machetes > knife and his martial arts skills are good. I think he takes this.
