Pretty sure the katanas, pistols and shield generators are all 9-C, but the others sound like 9-B

She can't die even against people like Doctor Doom and a 4-B Hulk villain whose name I can't remember, she can jump off of buildings to luckly fall into pillows, her enemies become CIS ridden, etc.

That sounds like it goes beyond just probability manipulation into the realms that she can't really be beat in a bracket like this. Unless there were reasonably plausible ways for her to beat 4-B characters.

Probability manip seems to be relatively OP going by what has been said.

As for the Drone, there's no calc so I guess baseline 9-B is assumed? If that's too much it then I suppose it can be nuked from orbit (It's the only way to be sure)

If it's impossible for the other combatants to kill her even if she just stands around, then yes.

I understand if shes too op for this bracket, but why is Erwin Schrodinger (Petals of Reincarnation) allowed then?

Attacks that are impossible to avoid. Just looking at who still is alive, there's a few guys that could pull it off
