While Mabel has over 5 times more durable, Right Hand Man easily overpowers Henry and even one-shots him at some points, so he would have no problem physically overpowering Mabel, especially with his edge in combat experience. While Mabel could win with her Memory Gun to erase RHM's memories, she would not start with it while RHM would just pull out a chaingun and shoot Mabel multiple times in the face as piercing damage. Plus, once Mabel shrinks RHM or enlarges herself, that would prompt RHM to see her as a threat and use Bottled Time to blitz her. Not to mention that Mabel may creative in her ways, but RHM has fought Henry who is just as clever as her.

Overall, Mabel is more durable, but that's just about it. Right Hand Man easily stronger, more experienced, more versatile, and overall smarter. Voting Right Hand Man.

Mabel's durability would make it hard for RHM to damage her, but she can't do much in return since he outskills her in fighting experience, leaving her only the memory gun (which idk how much it would help since it erases specifically what you write on it), and the flashlight, which if she uses it, then it probably would make RHM use his bottled time on her
