Can you show the clip? Because if he indeed does have Danmaku, then he also stomps since Dipper has no answer to soul hax danmaku

Then gonna wait for chapter 3-5.

But you see, he in character WON'T attack you normally.

It's like on first daily training in army you get to deploy nuclear weapon, destroy every president in world and delete aliens from universe.

it was just a training, but in character he doesn't strike it first tho, he prefer more scarf than danmaku stuff

But on training he just pleasing you even for worst trying (for example lowest damage possible to a dummy)

Or when you don't dodge danmaku and going into bullets, he will just spawn 1 bullet and delete it saying "see, you did a good job!".
