Deku does have wincons of his own like skill and mobility. And also a small physical AP advantage. And plus stamina

I would rather put them as option equipment since she only has them for once, but whatever since the profile ain't changing anytime soon.

So yeah, here is my go on this match:

Izuku have skills, likely better acrobat, and higher stamina. Needlessly to say about his intelligence because everyone known the different between them so i will leave it at your interpretation, unfortunately, this is all Deku's advantage i could think of causes the majority of his power set lies on AFO which won't be used in this match.

Mabel, on the other hand, have much higher Dura which mean it will take alot of punches to even knock her down. She also got LS advantage so pinning her down isn't a option either. Mabel known how to throw punch and can use grapling hook pretty well thus she's not entirely cluelesss on fighting. The size-altering flashlight or memory erasure gun are her best chance at winning, although it isn't unavoidable but still difficult to dodge.

How this match will go in my opinon: Mabel have the flashlight so she will likely uses it at the get-go, Deku won't able to expect it so he will get shrinked. If he somehow manage to dodge it, he will figure out it function and find a mirror to reflect the light back at her. In a possibility which both engage in melee combat, Mabel might have some trouble at first due to Deku being better trained but her superior LS and durability would eventually trump Deku, better skills or not, fighting with someone who can easily overpowered you via LS and has much higher Dura is not a good idea; at this point, Mabel would get frustrated and pull out either the flashlight or gun lead to similer outcome above.

Can Deku win, you ask? He can actually, albeit the chance are quite slim, due to Mabel being easily distracted and naive, Deku could distract her then somehow snatch the weapons off Mabel hands then uses it against her. Another possibility are him knocking Mabel out, 5x Dura is very high but not enough to be immune to attacking at vital point like eyes, but this is unlikely since Deku won't be using same strategy if his punches doesn't hurt her.

I won't voting for either right now since i would like to hear opinion from others.

Mabel's durability actually upscales from that 9-A value, since she scales to Dipper and Robbie, who tanked Rumble McSkirmish's casual attacks with little damage, and Dipper survived Rumble's Ultimate attack without a lot of injuries

Mabel don't have a lot of fighting experience, so Deku would be more skilled in that regard, but she would use the flashlight to either make herself bigger (like when she broke the walls of Bill's pyramind) or to shrink Deku and make him much less of a threat

Honestly, i found it weird that GF chars isn't 9-A in AP since they could harmed each other, but eh that doesn't matter for now.

So Deku is more skilled and slightly stronger in AP, but that’s just about all he has since Mabel is able to tank many of Deku’s attacks thanks to her durability that is over 5 times her AP. Eventually, she will lead with her weapons to end the fight quicker.
