9-B+ Tournament of Close-Range Fighters

She seems like she can insta incap, what's her first move? How strong is her poison and how likely is she to use pressure points?
Her first move is to stab or throw her weapons at her opponent, usually aiming for their vital spots, like brain, heart, neck, chin etc...

Her poison is strong enough to kill an elephant.

She likes to mix in pressure points when fighting CQC, so very likely
So what's the verdict on this? Is Yor too haxy or no?

Isn't it too haxy too? It has invisibility, teleportation, claws and projectiles made of actual plasma, heat lasers that burn clean through comparable opponents, inorganic physiology, some immortalities and a couple more things.

Incap is a thing for immortalities but i guess you're right, then how about Sabrewulf?
If only we have the Arbiter (KI) profile then i can safely propose him

Do arms stretching out a few feet out count as "close range"? Because I kinda want to submit the FF itteration of Ryuji Yamazaki to the tourney.
Unfortunately FF characters scale to 2825709.54167 joules, too low for this tournament.
And great choice btw, I love Yamazaki.

Also, I don't think the characters have to be strictly h2h, a few of these people have some ranged options.

And speaking of hax, how does Ralsei's soul manip work? I'm not knowledgeable on Deltarune, but Undertale's soul-targeting attacks have always been a big deal in standard matches.

ok, so, don't quote me on this cus I'm kinda a dumbass, but the way I understand it
in undertale/deltarune, all fighting is directed at the player's soul, and all attacks are said to be magic. but, armor reduces damage done to the player, and you can dodge attacks like any other RPG. so I'm 90% sure that it is just regular attacks, but also they can be resisted by a strong will and an urge to kill.

His soul manip allows him to attack the soul and physical body with his normal attacks. It doesn't one-shot, but is still somewhat durability negating to an unknown extent. I assume it would it would also bypass bodily regen and what not.

What LV would we assume the other characters are at? (In other words, how big would their "Soul Health Bar" be/how many attacks from Kris or Ralsei can they take before they go down?)

Assuming that's how Undertale/Deltarune Match Ups go- idk how it works

Probably assuming they’re at LV1, and given how Kris had 90 HP and Susie had 110, the HP their opponent would have would be equal to theirs, I assume.

Can Yoon-seok join the tournament? Or is he too weak AP wise (2.4 Megajoules) and/or is his abilities too haxxy? (Fear manip is non-combat applicable, his law can only effect one thing, and his regeneration can be stopped by destroying the marble in his stomach)

I proposed three replacements here, but Spinal and Hisako might be too much because of the former being a skeleton and the latter having possession, but it's not just up to me to judge.
Probably gonna put in Riptor honestly if you want my input

For the record, he can multiply his AP by 6x, so...

Too low, unfortunately, the starting point is about 10 MJ

I mean, with amps he can reach 3.8 Megajoules in durability, while with normal Ap amps which are activated via a thought he reaches 10 Megajoules. Potentially 14.

Not to mention, he has regen.

Dude has action-preventing Law Manipulation which lasts a couple of minutes. I'm pretty sure that's too haxy.

It's just one action, like say flying, or preventing a single ability from using, and it will affect himself. And its range is quite limited as well, I believe like, if he sets it to 100 meters or smth it will only last a minute.
