I decided to do my own tournament and yes I may do a 9-C one later

There will be a tournament of 32 9-Bs and one will be the champion

Here are the rules

1: No Regen levels from Mid-High to True Godly

2: No Wall Level+ AP

3: The profile can be from any other wiki not just this one

4: If a thread gets concluded and the profile is from a different wiki they will not be added to their profile

5: No Type 9 Immortality

6: If you are requesting a character from a different wiki please send a link to the profile

7: 9-Bs only

That's only 7-B hax, i don't allowed Blood Note up to be 7-B via her powers.
