General Information:
So, it's time for peak Tier, Tier 9-B.

ALSO SINGLE ELIMINATION !!!!!!

Rules:

• Only 9-B Characters are allowed, anything above 9-B will be restricted.
• FC/OC Characters will be priority, however you can submit either VSBW or Joke Battles Wiki Characters as long as you submit a FC/OC character
  • Joke Battles Wiki characters must not include stats such as “Durability: BIG attack” or the such
  • Alt Battle Wiki is also allowed as long as it's 9-B.
• Please specify your characters profile and key
• Standard Equipment only.
• I can not accept a character if I deem them too overpowered (For example, Evil Bocchi is not allowed due to a overpowered Death Hax)
• 3 Submissions max per person
• All pages used must be at least 3 hours older than this post
• Every fight will take place in The Judgement Hall from Undertale with a 10 meters starting distance with Speed Equalised, SBA for everything else
  • All fights will be randomly selected

It requires him to transform into a much slower form that can't actually attack (At least in a 9-B context where a Second Trigger doesn't apply) and he's never been able to just yoink someone's weapon with it

Granted I did realize later on that comeback king would mean he'd get hurt once and immediately become 9-A, so I guess that's another thing

Something else I may note here is that Pick's reality warping is restricted despite many other characters having some real offensive reality warping (Notably Agatha and Terry), so reality warping as a whole may need to be reconsidered-
Speaking of OP powers, the Kool-Aid Man's time travel would likely allow him to simply blitz the whole tournament roster...not being an instant win con but being pretty powerful, Ourple Guy's gravity manipulation and transmutation would make fights against him fairly difficult as well...I have no doubt that the 2 would end up in the finals with the way that the tournament currently is-

It's three actions that he can mess with (I think it'd be 3, under SBA iirc it would assume he'd roll max on how many omens he had?)
If he lands a hit he can make it do the maximum possible damage it can, reduce damage from a single attack, negate a critical hit, or just retry an action in effect

Nothing too crazy and it's a limited resource
