9-B Anything-Goes Tournament, Round 5- Audrey Hall vs Ash Williams

As per this thread here.

Guided by a mysterious force, two warriors are transported into Central Park, New York. Hopefully this one’s faster than the last one. On one side, we have the Beyonder of the Visionary Pathway, Audrey Hall. On the next side, the deceptively powerful Wielder of the Necronomicon, Ash Williams. Only one shall leave the park intact.
Who shall win?

Audrey Hall:
Ash Williams:

He can't interact with more than half of her body thanks to her being a 3rd sequence beyonder.

Till Ash Williams appears near her since he looks like the close-ranged fighter, she can just create some illusions and as he doesn't resist, they will become real making him die. Or even if he comes, nothing stops her from just destroying his mind, controlling him, making him go mad, etc with just a look, though once he's in her range. She could even go straight in his subcounsciusness and destroy it make him nothing more than a puppet.

He practically has no chance as she can counter anything he will do bare the Time Travel.

I wouldn’t say he has no chance. After all, he does have the Necronomicon in his equipment, which seems to be littered with all sorts of useful powers and abilities.

It only says time travel and more than sure it wont be his first move as he doesnt have any knowledgeable about her.

What Ive said above is her normal stuff without adding her other abilities, items or even go as far as her using the mythical form which will passively attack the mind, induce madness and corrupt those that see or hear her.

Ash is gonna have to rely on the Necronomicon and the Kandarian dagger those are the only things that can deal with the abstract existence with things like soul manip, durability negation, death manip, and mind manipulation

I highly doubt that will be his first reaction to an unknown enemy, and opening a book, reading it and searching for an incantation in it mid-battle is rather impossible.

Yeah he wont be abe to do it, she likely just mind manips him from the start of the match(she has several ways of doing so), that is her go to move. She is also likely to use her mythical creature form right off the bat as a Spectator sequencer she is able to completely control her mythical creature form for a few minutes which means that it is also one of her go to moves and it has passive madness manip and corruption of all types.

Also, why does he have the Necronomicon on his Standard Equipment if it says "sometimes" that would indicate it to be optional equipment.

As Rocker said, that's her entire powerset focus on. Directly to use mind/dream attacks and the like. That's how her pathway works.

I’ll bump this, since I don’t think we’ve yet heard an argument in Ash’s favor, nor from someone knowledgable on the series.

Also she should have death manipulation alongside her illusion creation: "Can weave out near-real images, if the enemy believes the images are real, then they are real to the enemy; the images will not cause physical damage but will make the target die without realizing"
