If you notice, he's also able to predict Peter's movements here although he ends up getting hit due to a difference in speed and agility.

Very much so. Even if Daredevil can predict his opponent's movements, they can still outmaneuver him, something I see Akame as having a very real chance of doing. There's also the issue of skill, and Akame is more likely to use underhanded and immediately lethal tactics of killing him.

I don't know if this helps here, but, Matt's senses are good enough to detect disruptions in air molecules, detect atmospheric changes, electronic pulses, nanosecond pauses, and can do this.

Eh, they had some valid points in regards to versatility and lethality. Not saying the votes had much merit, but I'm not going to pretend they didn't happen. I'll post the next round, though, as this seems pretty decisive as it is.
