she has space, time and soul hax not mentioning her invulnerability. she's practically a lesser Beatrice.
 
funny thing is this was supposed to be a mid-hax tournament but everyone entered low-haxxed characters... rip.

Should Cirno even be allowed here though? It started off as mid-haxxed but due to the sheer amount of low-haxxed characters that were added idk if having Cirno in the bracket is fair anymore. She has op danmaku attacks, type 8, and high-mid.

What do you guys think?

Again, she can be discouraged and its possible for her to be KO’d or incapacitated or even giving up if her opponent is stronger/skilled enough.

Well, that depends on the abilities and/or skill of dodging her opponent has

After all, you did say this was a mid-haxed bracket. Furthermore, in other tourneys, that same danmaku has been allowed before such as this
 
Well, alright, I just hope she doesn't end up stomping everyone she fights, that wouldn't very fun.

Though, yeah, we should've entered more powerful opponents. Most of the people here are low-haxxed.
 
Alright, so both match 4 and match 6 are pretty much concluded and in need of votes.

I will now create match 7 and 8. Both of them should be pretty straight-forward, as there is a decisive winner for each of them.
