It was a peaceful day, in the city of New York. People were hustling, bustling and minding their own business. Suddenly, 16 people appeared in the center of Central Park, pulled from other worlds. They all looked around in varying levels of alarm and confusion. Then, a single thought forced its way into their head. "16 enter, but only one leaves." And the battle began with a bang. Some, like Doomguy and the Blood-starved Beast charged in with reckless abandon, others, like Spider-Man, took to a distance to keep an eye on everyone else and pick of stragglers. Spike just wanted to get out of there, he ran away from the chaos as fast as his legs would carry him. A fireball knocked him off his feet, and he turned to see Blaze the Cat charging after him.

Blaze's AP is 877.8 tons scaling from Sonic, Spike's AP is 403.5 tons.

Alright so Blaze have over 2X the AP of Spike, Blaze also is prob a more skilled fighter than Spike, and use her flames to attack more than Spike, overall Blaze should take this Mid-diff or Low-Diff

Alrighty. So, to get this out of the way, Blaze does have a 2X AP advantage over Spike here, via scaling from Sonic. And while Spike is a pretty smart dragon, Blaze is has an overwhelming battle experience advantage. Also, Spike's main, and likely only, tactic in a fight like this is to just breathe fire at Blaze. Which, granted, is a pretty good cover against her. However, can also use fire, and she can definitely use it better, summoning large columns of fire from afar, and when she can close the distance, she can use her fire to beat the life out of Spike. (Not to mention she has a bunch of other tricks I didn't mention.)

Honestly, while I do this Spike can put up a good fight for a bit, I'm going to side with Blaze for superior AP and skills in combat

Blaze via AP and having actual combat experience

Well, most of Blaze's attacks involve fire, which Spike is resistant to (being able to swim in lava and such), which would be a problem for her, specially because it gets rid of her ranged attacks and Statistics Amplification, and both are said to be experienced fighters, although Blaze does have AP advantage (2x isnt much, but its still something), and Teleportation would help a lot, depending on how she uses it, so Twilight the Cat could potentitally take his if she stops using fire and just beats him up, although Spike could end up burning if he can get a few good hits, since she doesn't have resistance (unless she can use her Pyrokinesis to control fire that is thrown at her, which wouldn't surprise me).

I guess I'm going with Blaze for now, but it seems to really depend on how she would fight without using fire.
