7-A Team Bracket Match 3 (Lion & Stevonnie vs Wrath & Knochen)

Ap chart:

  • Wrath: Around 400 Mt via multipliers (without amps & resistances)
  • Knochen: Around 264 Mt
  • Lion & Stevonnie: > 500 Mt apparently (I can honestly not find the source of that scaling)
Side note: Wrath's Soul manip is of course OOC.

Here's some start arguments for my nominees:

Wrath's cutting nullification makes him immune to Stevonnie's sword attacks. She will need to largely rely on blunt attacks with her shield or her swords back, which are largely diminished by Wrath's Impact Super-Resistance.

Wrath's teleportation abilities allows him to circumvent her bubbles completely.

To that comes that Wrath is likely the better fighter given his sword god skill. With his precog, probability compensation, thought acceleration and speed boosts he can further this immensely.

An advantage both Wrath and Knochen share is their ability to properly fly, which their opponents lack.

You are the one who picked team monster, what they is their first move IC?
For Wrath either appraisal or close range sword fighting with his magic swords. Should the opponent use range then shooting swords at them.

Knochen will act defensively and usually try to protect its fighting partner as a fortress. Meanwhile it will send out an army of skeletons to fight the opponent, physically and with poison breaths.

Stevonnie is a pretty good fighter, They have the combined skill of Steven and Connie, Connie is able to fight on par with Pearl, who has several thousand years worth of combat experience fighting in the Gem rebellion against a wide variety of enemies with varying powersets and vastly more advanced technology whereas she only had her swords, during the rebellion she singlehandedly took down several hundred to several thousand Quartz soldiers, whose sole reason for existing are to be exceedingly skilled in ground combat, and after the rebellion she spent several thousand more years fighting corrupted Gem monsters with a variety of supernatural abilities on a near daily basis. Connie also beat several Holo-Pearls who constantly analyze the opponent as she fights them, taking advantage of virtually any opening or weakness in her advanced combat mode.

They also beat Jasper even tho Jasper was stronger than Stevonnie, Jasper is a "Perfect" Quartz Gem, According to Peridot, Jasper is a superior specimen even among her own kind and is considered the greatest Quartz produced on Earth.

How durable are the skeletons?

-skill part-
Wrath massacred an entire country with supernaturally powered people and took down the greatest swordsman on the planet in a battle lasting for several days. And the swords god skill does its part. And as said, Precog + probability stuff + thought acceleration + speed boosts give an incredible advantage when put together.

Are The Skeletons's durability comparable to Knochen? If No, then Lion can probably use his super roar (his AoE attack) and destroy them
The Skeletons ARE Knochen. They aren't really separate entities all, but just bodyparts of Knochen.

Wrath got 3 stat amps: Dragon Power, Battle Divinity/War God Spirit and Magic Divinity.

War God Spirit increases his stats by 1000 points, Dragon Power and Magic Divinity likely by about the same. Wraths x10 multiplier actually stacks on these stat incerases, so it equals a stat increase of about 30000. Wraths stats without the amps would be 99 999, so we are talking about a 30% multiplier approximately (and before you ask: yes stats are linear).

That's not as important for his attack power as it is for his speed, though.

I think freezing GG will be the only wincon if Mafia fights the Monsters.

But anyway, Wrath and Knoch seem to have the numbers, speed, AP(?) and versatility advantage, so i will vote them FRA.

And now i think i should have picked Naofumi instead of Gokudera, fukou da.

Steven team should have the AP, They scale to Topaz Fusio (casual 548 megatons), Lion is able to destroy things that no-sell those attacks

Stevonnie would also probably start by giving Lion and themself a Spiky bubble, which would protect them from The Poison

even without the sword Stevonnie shouldn't be that much weaker, they still would have Steven's Skill, who could keep up with Jasper and Spinel in a Fight, and beat a Team of Holo-Pearls at the same time, stevonnie also still has their High 6-A Shield

If Topaz has some 548 Mt feat, it would really help if the page would link to that feat in the AP section. Just as an off-topic note from someone that clicked themself through the scaling chains trying to find where the stats come from.

Wasn't it that they can't attack while in the bubbles? That makes them unfit as a permanent solution against poison.

And Wrath can just teleport an exploding sword straight into the bubbles, so the defense doesn't really work.

As said, Wrath has plenty of skill and experience himself. As for Knochen... if it decides to swallow them whole, skill won't have much relevance anymore. Though, yes, Stevonnie would be more skilled than its skeleton soldiers.

24h will be over soon. So if anyone still wants to vote, now is the time.
