It's gonne be hard to transmute and eat when he's getting swarmed by quadrillions of clones, who are all gonna be making more clones, who are all getting stronger via absorbing light and heat. And then there's the fact that he can toss planets around casually, and is willing to do so in character.

Tossing planets around is literally nothing to these characters xD

Think about it; Buu absorbs one clone; Buu is now a clone + Buu, then absorbs another, and another, AND he gains aspects of the people he absorbs so he'd also be gaining power from light and heat whilst doing this. Eventually, Buu might just straight up outpower them all; assuming Buu doesn't also gain the ability to clone himself.

I doubt Buu can absorb them all, given that they all can read minds and blast Buu with Ki attacks all at once.

Satan's smart enough to avoid the absorption, as he can read minds to discover and mimic the techniques and opponent has. So he'll know of what Buu's gonna throw at him from the get go.

And remember that Buu also absorbs negative qualities from people as well, so he will also be taking in Satans arrogance and fear of losing. Na Bong Chim acupuncture can also further boost Satan's strength and can be used to seal the movements of others.

I'm not sure if this is a viable feat, but doesn't the fact that Buu was able to catch Base Goku (who is at least 10 times stronger than SSJG Goku at this point) off guard with his speed and striking strength alone put him at several quadrillions of times Massively FTL +, and at least Multi Galaxy Level?

I thought it only works for martial arts techniques.

Buu can also turn a whole city into candy at once. Unless, the cloning process doesn't take time at all, it should work.

He copied someone's ability to clone themselves, telekinesis, stat amping and ability to manipulate physics to reflect attacks. It's not just martial arts.

He did that via lifting everyone in the city up and then hitting by them with his candy beam. Satan has telekinesis of his own, which is shown to be superior to Buu's (he could casually toss around planets bigger than the Earth), and the beam can be dodged. Also, Satan can read Buu's mind to predict what he will do next, increasing his chance to dodge.

Again, which can be dodged via Satan flying away, our using The King's powers to reflect it, or by reading Buu's mind to now what he's gonna do next and dodge. He can also copy the powers that he see's in someone's mind, meaning he can steal Buu's candy beam ability and use it against him
