6-C tourney

Cultivators passively destroy souls. Every attacks of their it's a blend of material and immaterial attacking both body and soul.

Servants attacks souls as thats what they are.
 
It doesn't work on people who are stronger or at least on par with her. It just serves to keep her opponent off thier focus.
 
Immortality (Types 2, 6, and 7)

Type 7 is literally worthless, type 6 isn't combat applicable, and type 2 you can bypass by stabbing her soul gem.
 
Type 7 is the most overpowered immortality yes.

And type 2 is bypassed by breaking the gem on her chest.
 
You mean the 5-B version? I was under the assumption that out of tier stuff was restricted anyway. If the 6-C version is the issue, its 6-C in a 6-C bracket.

She has a chance to OHK with a single attack, you can bypass it by just being really good at dodging homing danmaku.
 
No Dorothy is too much. I took away the more ridiculous characters already. (I may do it to the servants to if they have combat applicable soul manip.)
 
I know I should not spam bumps but the server seems to be getting more active then it was 2 hours ago.

No, they don't. Not at foundation level. Bai did it at core, and even a core level beast (second devil) was seen as special for having an ability that targets souls.

At foundation level the most you could argue for soul destruction is divine sense, but Bai used his divine sense to attack once, in his 4-B key, against another divine sense.
 
I only will allow Bai since Risci claims that his hax isn't in character. Unless you say that for slime characters then I won't allow it. Bai pushes it even with OOC hax.
 
Hinata mostly relies on swordsmanship, precognition, her contact based death/durability neg, and that's it. Unless she's pressured, then she'll go for her more fatal tactics.
