4-B anos Voldigoad

So, a friend who has no profile here is trying to figure out how Anos scales, and I've been trying to help him out. I wanna help explain the feats to him even though I haven't seen the source material, but I can't seem to find where the 4-B scaling comes from. Could someone please explain this to me? It would help a lot.
