I've been trying with the visual editor and can't find a way to know that happen, as well I've tried looking at pages with it in source code but haven't figured out how to add it there's just so much stuff, can anyone explain?

Like on some profiles, there is a huge multi Tabber in the powers and ability section. I'm trying to figure out how to make one on a profile.
