Okay, so what the hell is Whitebeard doing against Genjutsu and TSO once Jūbito's Six Paths Mode tells him exactly how powerful he is, causing him to rely purely on all of his hax powers rather than trying to clash with him?

Juubito's biggest advantage is the TSOs which can delete whatever part of Whitebeard they hit and with speed equal he would have the surface-level advantage. It should be noted that from a standard distance of 4 kilometers, Juubito can't reach Whitebeard while Whitebeard can range spam Obito. Even if Obito it should be within Whitebeard's ability to avoid the initial TSO impact similar to what Hiruzen did and then counterattack to one-shot via Haki's regeneration negation and his far superior A.P. If this is Sickbeard then he should be weakening but even moments from death he could still fight 6-A/5-Cs.
Obito can hit Whitebeard with his non-TSO ranged attacks but they're mostly pretty useless considering the A.P gap. The Rinnegan rods could be a good win condition but Whitebeard can either block them with Buso or destroy them before they get to him via shockwaves.

Doesn’t really matter considering Whitebeard will start out of range, and even if one does hit him he can survive it because of his endurance unless it gets him directly in the face which is unlikely, and then knock Obito away or just one shot him.

I'm just saying that TSOs aren't a wincon as Whitebeard could just block them.
 
Whitebeard range slams FRA. Also can TSO even erase something that's literally just a series of vibrations? Pretty sure each individual vibration is smaller than an atom with TSO only working on an atomic level.

Whitebeard has no issues in using Buso. He was able to interact with Akainu without any problems.

TSB won't touch Whitebeard for a 2 reasons:

1. SBA states that they start 4km away, meaning Whitebeard can easily range abuse Obito before he even shoots out his TSOs.
2. Both Whitebeard's Buso and Vibrations are able to block the TSOs.

TSB already negate energy and block shockwaves(saskue susano swing) Obito has large scale attacks and could potentially use IT. Why do people think haki would block out truth seeker orbs when they affect astral being like souls and are close the sage of six path reality warping. Also Obito regeneration is natural given to him by the ten tails biology wasn’t this point established in the luffy vs madara fight?
