I'm thinking Saitama genuinely has a chance because during training Saitama isn't bored with all of his fights and wouldn't just let the opponent hit him, so he'd probably see bubble as a serious monster threat, go for a hit while avoiding attacks and get the win

Saitama is a meele fighter and bublle can desintegrate him with the wind her arms make whem moving, I don't think this is a fair match at all, the Best saitama may be able to do is trow a rock at bubble to pop her... that actually thinkig may make this not a stomp

Voting bubble sinse saitama wouldn't think of that before beingh desintegrated by bubble walking at his averge direction

I think that During Training Saitama would take the fight seriously from the get go since he won't just sit around bored and let monsters hit him like he was post training. I think that if he does take it seriously, he'd land a decent hit on bubble and win the fight

Also I'm not sure if Bubble would instantly go for the kill with air manipulation. Bubble has been killed by things like pressure so it seems like if she did swing her arms around like that she'd end up killing herself in the process

Aproching her kills him, trowing a rock don't kill him but he normally aproches to fight

I don't think you are understand the point, getting closer to bubble kills saitama, and saitama fights by gettig close in character, specially in this key
