All ten are currently considered 3-C like the other megas. However, in the lore, it is stated that they worked together to seal away Lucemon, who is 1-C. Also, they are stated to be stronger than current megas, and its their combined strength that formed susanoomon. Stronger than current megas doesn't necessarily mean more than 3-C, but beating lucemon sounds like a 1-C feat.
