There was an incomplete fight between them when they were High 4C and now both of them are upgraded to possible Low 2C lol

Clownpiece either lead with Danmaku or tries to keep herself close to the enemy for make him see her flame and become mad but mostly lead with Danmaku
 
And what happens if he even looks in her direction?

Since he's going to look right at the flame by accident and go insane the moment the fight starts.

He doesn't have resistance to Madness Hax, and if you class Madness Hax as Mind Manip, then Clownpiece's Madness Hax work on beings who could resist the True Moon, which could mindhax thousands of Yokai.
 
Piece's madness manipulation works by turning the life force into madness and it affects those who have resistance anyway

But, of course, Dimentio snap will be faster than anything Piece will do

Again, would he not accidently look at Clownpiece, therefore turning insane, she always has her flame on her, so the moment Dimentio goes to look at her to snap, he's already insane.
 
Er, there seems to be an issue. Looking up the source for her madness manipulation, why is it that she only claims humans will be affected? Not only that, but these three are staring at her flame and are completely unaffected. With Clownpiece once again claiming "human minds" are weak. I'm a bit suspicious as to her potency of her madness manipulation. Hell, even another panel I found had a large group of the Touhou characters, and her flames aren't doing jack. This seems like it only works on humans or people with "weaker" minds.
 
Her madness manipulation worked on Youmu and she was going to use it on Youkais in Reimu party, she used it on the three fairies of light also later

Piece needs to be close and also its torch does not cause madness if Piece does not want the person to go mad

She is not trying to make the opponent go made in combat in character. She uses only danmaku, which Dementio can snap his finger before the danmaku reaches him.

I've already explained that stronger Mindhax either didn't work, or only worked minimally. As you showed, in Touhou Human minds don't compare to Yokai minds, and when the Moon would kill via Mind hax thousands of Humans, it only made the Fairies, the lowest tier Yokai in the verse, more active and want to kill more Humans than they normaly do.

If they can partially resist 1000s x more potence mind hax, mind hax that can only control 2 people isn't going to do anything.

Not even taking into account if that's even Dimentio's first move.

Doesn't really matter, because in this case, Dimentio's mind hax doesn't work on her.

It was mind hax, as it caused many of the Yokai who did resist to start going out and eating humans more and start attacking people...more.

And the Madness Resistance was rejected.

No, it's madness manipulation. The madness manipulation resistance wasn't rejected because of Clownpiece, but because they used an anti-feat.
 
Then make another CRT for it then.

Also, it wasn't just the anti-feat, it was rejected entirely.

What I said was Clownpeice has type 3 madness manipulation, not type 2. Dimentio snaps before he'a driven mad. She doesn't have resistances on her profile nor is it listed as mind manipulation or implied. Everything I said comes from the profile, a CRT is redundant.
 
You realize that these two are 36 meters away, right? That flame is way too tiny to see fro, that distance, at that point Dimentio snaps from the start. Additionally, Touhou characters typically lead with danmaku, no? Meaning she likely doesn't just try and go close. So no, madness manipulation won't do much.
