This is (of course) Depowered Thor vs Base Black Manta WITHOUT the Custom Atlantean Armor, aka 9-C versions.

I suspect speed is equal whether speed equalised or not... (else) SBA.

Battle takes place in the... New York Central Park.

Eh, you can argue Manta has better experience/skill from beating Arthur pretty handily in cqc. Arthur having been trained by Vulko, matching Orm (one of the best Atlanteans alive), defeating Atlantean spec ops 6v1, being comparable to Diana (who has centuries of training), and fighting Stepp (millennia of conquering worlds/fighting the best on the planet). Diana is also >= Supes skill wise, Supes quickly improving from "farmboy" to fighting Faora and Namek 1v2 despite having been slapped into the ground at every turn by just Faora a minute ago.

Thor wins his fights by outstating his opponents with the number of comparable opponents he has fought able to be counted on one hand, with pretty lackluster feats in every showing. By statements, the fodder SHIELD guards are top tier. By actual showings, they are awful.

Thor does not perform well in Endgame, and he does not perform well here.
