Danny's Advantages: AP and Durability, Intangibility, Possession, Stat Amps, Durability Negation, Stamina, Regenerationn

Magneto's Advantages: More Intelligent, More Experienced, Higher Range with Metal Manipulation

Magneto just doesn't have what it takes to beat Danny. Danny is more powerful and can Amp himself to the point where he can easily one shot Magneto's Forcefields and then Magneto. Invisibility will allow Danny to escape Magneto's sight but do to Danny carrying around the Fenton Thermos, Magneto will be able to track him but he's not getting past Danny's Intangibility.

Even if he somehow did get past Danny's intangibility, he can't bypass his Regenerationn which is on a level Magneto can't deal with. Magneto can't resist Possession do to only having his mind protected and even then DP ghosts can control the minds of other ghosts who no sell mind control in the hundreds to thousands. Magneto is just at a disadvantage here, intelligence can only get him so far but I don't think he's every faced someone like Danny before.

I think this is a stomp but if someone can prove otherwise, my vote will go to Danny.
