Batman eventually freezes or tranqs ig, he outskills pretty massively anyways,voting for him
 
Batman outskills and has the better gadgets here. Also, let's face it, an idiot vs a genius isn't gonna end well.

Batman destroys in so many levels that is not funny. Put joker at a point where he could one shot and Batman would put skill him to hell and back.
 
It really isn't fair tbh. He wins even without the prior knowledge. It's not like Homer is even in the state where he could surprise one shot batman if batman didn't expect his regen. If knocking him out isn't working (which it wouldn't), batman resorts to gadgets or PP
 
Giving it seems pointless and even less fair. Batman already wins without it.

And oh, it definitely is a stomp. It doesn't fit the criteria we have on the wikis ruling for stomps. But Batman stomps Homer very easily. Skill/arsenal stomps don't typically alone qualify as the wikis ruling for stomps though
 
A character winning by being better at fighting is a stomp. Guess that's not a relevant point when you toss them against Midoriya or Richard Watterson who had no chance of winning those matches against a Mid regen character.

Homer had High-Low/Low-Mid at the time. Good enough to be in the stomp range.

He also has a stronger Regen than Richard now.
 
He had High low when those happened. And I made neither of them.

Skill does have a big effect on a fight. And skill stomps do exist. Especially considering they both are on equal footing in physicality. But Batman is so much more skilled and experienced it's laughable. Not to mention a much better arsenal.
 
Skillstomps exist when speed isn't Equalized, and the opponent has shit like Analytical Prediction and Pressure Points to a ridiculous extent

This isn't that at all.
 
Skill can still stomp when speed isn't equal. Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother has nearly the same AP as certain versions of James Bond. But bond skill stomps him so hard.

And with how many martial arts batman knows and has mastered, plus his general genius Intelligence, he would have PP to a large extent. And he takes basically every category by miles. Better and more Experience, intelligence, arsenal, stamina, And multiple of ways he can bypass homers regen. Homer he no way to even hope to find Batman with his stealth level, see batsman for the same reason. Or let alone stand in combat with him.
 
Batman stomps. Homer simply lacks the ability to deal a killing blow to batman. tbf batman has a hard time doing the same, but with the right gadgets he certainly could, unlike homer who at best has a gun
 
Not like Homer can do anything against an equipped Batman either, it's an idiot with a gun vs an immensely more skilled/experienced genius with sleep darts, flashbangs and a freezing ray

Honestly doesn't matter. I'm not saying it's a stomp as in it can't be added. It's not a stomp by the wikis standards. I'm just saying. Let's be real. It's a stomp for Batman.
 
I still vote batman of courses. Skills, experience, and stealth make it an easy win. Homer couldn't hope to handle Batman. At all.

Might as well give homer prep and full arsenal while your at it. Not like that would change the outcome
