It's funny to see how Phil looks like a young Baldi with the similar bald head and green clothing.

Story: At some point in his dream, Phil finds himself enrolled in Here School. Knowing how boring it is to learn, combined with the fact that he heard the teacher happens to be very abusive, he decides to escape school once again. However, Baldi isn't going to have it in letting another student escape him alive.

Speed is unequalized, Dream Phil is used, and the battle takes place in Here School. Both of them start 20 meters apart from each other and have access to all of their equipment.

Who wins?

GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN:

Bread crumbs and beaver spit: 1 (Frieza force soldier 100)

The Earth gets frozen alongside them while they were fighting:

Oh, well seems like he doesn't have much counter to it. Tho isn't Baldi faster so he can simply blitz
Doesn't Baldi only get faster the more furious he is? The moment he's pissed off the first time, he isn't going to go at full speed. Also, Phil has been used to looking at his surroundings and using them to his advantage, so that can help him fend off Baldi.

Baldi is baseline Superhuman in Speed, Phil is just Average Human lvl speed, he has a big speed advantage, and he can use the Fog machine to make him harder to locate, asw as pulling Spatial Manip to force Phil to go somewhere

But like I said, Baldi in gameplay doesn't start off at his peak speed when he initially starts getting angry, only choosing to move a few meters and stopping for a second before slapping his ruler to move another few meters. Also, the Spatial Manipulation has only been done at his angriest state, so he won't start doing it unless he gets angrier somehow.

Baldi. Both have a win condition (Baldi can teleport Phil to the elevator or start screen while Phil can KO Baldi with the Whistle), but Baldi is more intelligent and has actual combat experience, meaning he's more likely to realize what he needs to do to win first. Were it not for his intelligence and battle experience, I would vote Inconclusive due to the outcome being entirely dependent upon pure chance since it would be 50/50 on whoever used their winning move first.

Edit: You may want to message users who have been involved in previous Baldi and Phil threads to get more responses.

but Baldi is more intelligent and has actual combat experience
A fighting style that is very simple at that, being to move a few meters at a time and taking a break for a second. If Phil were to see him running at him like that, it's likely for him to just blow his whistle out of self defense before he could reach him, which is something that doesn't necessarily require fighting experience. Also, Phil has been used to facing others smarter than him.

What makes you think that he won't just go up to Baldi and hit him? It's hard to predict a character's first move when they have no combat experience.
I mean, Phil was literally running away from Area 5.1 agents at the start of Riddle Transfer 2, especially since he had nothing to defend himself with at the time. Plus, if I ever saw a man slapping his ruler menacingly on his hand as he starts chasing me, I would run away if I have nothing on me to defend myself or play a range game if the former isn't the case, and that would be what Phil would do.

Alright, I guess I will switch to Phil since his whistle gives him far more range than Baldi, especially considering Baldi's impossibly good hearing. That, and the fact that a coward with no hand to hand fighting experience is likely to take advantage of something like that.
