Think they are both comparably intelligent, Phineas comes up with the idea, but Ferb impliments them more. Ferb is definantly more serious and slightly more athletically focused.
Vote Ferb
Hate to say this, but kinda leaning Binary with her Energy Absorption and patchy precognition. But are there any stipulations/context for her Invulnerability? Bcause that would seem to easily grant her the win.
Not voting for now
I can't tell.
Mind manipulation wont work, both have resistences.
Time travel wont work, both have Time Pardox Immunity. But Felix does have Time Stop Time Stop though.
Both have Supernatural Luck, but Felix can curse others with bad luck.
And both have Existence Erasure ... Would Bugs...
I remember one comic where Clayface discovered Wonder Woman's origin as sand given life by the Greek Gods, and he managed to temporarily absorb her to gain her powers. If he could do that to Wonder Woman, I'm pretty sure he could handle Sandman. BUT, i'm pretty sure that was a Post-Crisis story...
Sunset I guess
If i'm reading the profiles right Sunset has a country level durability, while Pickle Rick's best weapon the laser is only wall level. Sunset on the other hand just needs to ahold on Rick to crush him.
Vote Sunset Shimmer
Looks like Bomber has a stronger Durability and Attack Potency, but Jim has existence erasure with the Animator's Pencil.
With no fore knowledge of the characters, I'm gonna assume the Animator's pencil isn't among Jim's first reactions in combat and he'll spend most of his time running and...
Wow. The only clear edges I see are Billy's stamina, lifting strength and possibly hand to hand expertise. With both Bloodlusted, I dont see anything like Billy using a SHAZAM lightning bolt, or Tony using the Zero-Point Energy Bubbles. Tony's electricy manipulation/ resistance and energy...
I do think Dicord's ego will be a greater detriment to himself than Rick's will be, giving Rick the chance to disable Discord early. But I just dont see how Rick could or would win so fast that Discord couldn't duplicate himself across space and time a million times. Or anthropomorphize Rick's...
Beach setting? Both get distracted by bikini babes. Fight inconclusive.
Ok, serious now. Neither can really permanantly hurt the other, though if i remember correctly Tom was downed by the suposedly city-threatening explosion, while Johnny's Large Town Duribility feat left him unphased.

So... is this a stomp? If Kharne's axe can cut through anything, and Khorne nullifies power rings, its a stomp against this and pretty much any lantern character...
How much does Khorne help Kharne? Because it seems a little unfair for Atrocotice to fight Khorne by proxy. If its just magic nullification, How does Khorne define that? In DC powers rings aren't generally considered magic except for the Allen Scott green lantern.
For characters like these, their profiles should just state what they can't do instead of what the can. It'd just make things easier.
I'll vote Molecule Man just because Bill Cipher seems to have a few definant weakness, gravity falls weirdness bubble and unicorn hair, that Molecule Man could...
Death has tried to take Dr. Stranges soul, as she felt it wouldn't be worth it. As for Eternity, Strange actually fought the High Tribunal one time, and another time using all his spells and magic managed to equal the power of the infinity quantlet for a second.
There is the old 2003 Clone Wars cartoon by Genndy Tartakovsky. To my understanding it is not currently disney canon, which consists of the movies, Rebels, Resistence, a handful of books, and THE Clone Wars (more on that in a bit).
Clone War
Instead Clone Wars fits into the Legends/Expanded...
Sadly this is purely canon, so no EU including the Tartakovsky cartoon and comics. In the EU General Grevious killed Adi Gallia, fought five jedi at once including Aayla Secura and Ki Adi Mundi! Only time he was ever even phased was when Windu crushed his rib cage. In that fight, using the EU...
Oh, were talking about the version of General Grevious that got his ass handed to him by Gungans. The one whose only kill was a jedi padawan, which he only managed by pulling a gun. If General Grevious can't take either Kit Fisto and needed body guards to take Eeth Koth, no way can he take the...
Sidious should easily be able to force gapple sans to damage him, but thats not really Sidious's first instinct in battle. A lightsaber won't really helps as Sans can still out of melee range (which I guess he decided not to do against Frisk?) and force lightning might be able to hits sans.
On...
Spy might be able to get a headshot, trick stab, or be forced to dead ringer and back up to try again. Kazuma Kiryu could manage to get a grapple on spy before the deadringer activates, but the ringer also creates a fake dead body which might get him out, i dont know.
Either way, I think Spy...
Yeah. Generally Spidey has no problem taking down the Punisher, and I a first thought the suit's special abilities would level the playing field, but its also not the first time Punisher has seen Spider-man with a Stark Tech suit, or the first time he's had to contend with that tech.
Have to give it to Punisher purely because of his experience fighting his own version of the wall crawler. He knows what he's getting into while Peter will think he's just facing off against another nut with a gun...
Well a highly experienced and well armed nut with a gun.
True, but is it too much of an assumption to say that most of Frisk's loading is done after they've died? Or that there isn't much motivation for Frisk to load before dieing?
maybe Kenny, as he has more methods of disabling Frisk without killing them. Nonlethal melee combos, toonforce, and magics that can still be used while bloodlusted, while a bloodlusted Frisk is left with only an assortment of blunt objects to hit Kenny over the head with.
