You're very much correct with that last point. He was quite literally, "reaching for the stars" lmao. ZaStando is a dude BTW and he's got a lot of weird problems. However, he's notorious for making REALLY insane leaps in logic to put Sonic at Tier 1. That's all I'll say in that regard.
So, Analytical Prediction is when the user can predict an opponents movements through observations like reading a person's body movements, predicting how certain attacks will function, doing whole mathematical predictions, and so on. Precog is well, yeah you literally see into the future.
It...
I think Ryu should take this. He's fought so many different kinds of opponents of a variety of different styles and won. Wrestlers, especially ones where they also have some other fighting styles to back them up shouldn't be an issue for Ryu.
Fighting in the dark shouldn't be much of an issue...
I think Excalibur Sonic should take a win here due to the fact that his attacks can ignore durability. So, even though they're both even in overall power and general hax. If they go into close quarters, Excalibur will take a win. Darkspine's physical attacks won't be able to bypass Excalibur.
Basically what Shake said above. Tails pretty much has the Analytical Prediction thing going for him, since he's in his Super Form? Sure, he's not as strong as say Sonic and Shadow would be but he can still observe and counter Knight's attacks anyway. A lot of Sonic characters aren't even that...
Guts has some decent h2h feats, such as choking put Apostle Wyald, and also while it isn't his forte, he probably has improved a bit since being beaten by Griffith in such a manner, and ofc probably has AP advantage as you said. So Chris probably still has the upper hand, but Guts still has some...
That's irrelevant. The profiles are outdated, I'm showing you literal evidence that Travis is a lot faster than what's listed in his profile. All of this is from the game itself. Evidence from the video games>>>some profile that's outdated on a wiki.
Basically Travis goes by his instincts on...
This is quite odd tbh. This battle is kind of a repeat of Raiden vs Yujiro, lol. How come this battle was made? It's literally a stomp xD. Yujiro has no way of competing with the HF weapons whatsoever. Unless you remove them that is, but even so Monsoon's only weakness is the EMP grenades.
Yeah exactly, so I was correct on what I said above. Wesker could still get effected by this, but because he has his regenerative capabilities that's probably on par with Emiya then idk who'll end up winning this.
Wesker is also just as tactical as Emiya is. I'm assuming because these...
The only thing that might pose a problem is Hypnosis, the CM, and I guess Avalon. The thing is the origin bullets will induce a state of necrosis and permanent nerve damage but because Wesker is not a mage? I don't know how far this'll go in hindering him, but it's gonna be problematic.
Guts DID physically contend with Wylad who's extremely strong, but only in a sword fight. Hand to hand? Guts only was able to fight Griffith and he got subdued by him too. If Griffith who's not very physically strong can subdue him? Chris Redfield could easily put him into submission.
You're right. Guts has never shown to fight in hand to hand combat, Chris on the other hand is an expert in CQC. A fist fight between the two could end up with Chris dominating, since he's got better skill. Unless someone could show off where Guts has fought in hand to hand combat besides that...
Alright, I guess I'll settle and agree that Monsoon wins then. Since, everyone here managed to clear up some of my gripes that I had with both of these characters.
I'm going to go with Guts because he was able to physically contend with Wylad. Chris's best strength feat is when he punched a boulder. I'm interested in hearing other people's thoughts on this.
Yeah, I'm not disagreeing with that at all. These characters are within the same tier.
I'm more interested in discussing their abilities and see how each of them outmaneuver the other. I'm wondering if Yujiro's attack reflection could work on the HF blade.
I'm assuming that when the FBI, USA, and the presidents stated that their military stood no chance, they don't mean just the soliders but the many weapons within their arsenal as well.
All Monsoon was really throwing at Raiden were pieces of buildings, a small plane, a bunch of cars, and at...
It may not be, but if a nation's whole army along with it's weapons can't beat Yujiro? Idk if he's totally outclassed if he goes up against something like Monsoon.
Wouldn't his attack reflection work on the HF blade? Also, a tower? Monsoon was throwing cars and pieces of buildings at Raiden...
Travis's speed should actually be a lot higher then what it's listed in his profile. Why? Because Travis can casually dodge bullets as we saw from his fight with Dr. Peace: https://gfycat.com/solidneglectedcoyote-respectthreads-whowouldwi
Next, while he was off guard he managed to dodge a laser...
DDM, if you don't want the thread to be toxic how about you not throw shade at people such as when you opened up by calling Mephistus a troll at the beginning and mentioning things irrelevant to the thread? Yes, Subspace is an alternate dimension to Subcon so they are the same size, but when...
I mean that's a good point. I don't know if Monsoon being a cyborg would make much of a difference though. Since an entire nation's military with their advanced tech wouldn't be able to scratch Yujiro.
I just can't see any other of Moonsoon's attacks working tbh. Yujiro pretty much has counters...
The Super Mario Galaxy bit isn't relevant to the Dream Depot anyway, but I'll settle it with this. It is quite literally a wormhole that takes you to other places within Mario's universe. When it states that you're traveling through "space and time" it's referring mainly to Mario's world...
