VS Battles Wiki usually ignores that, since fiction tends to do so too (apparently). In this case I think it might be best to just take the total energy the star put out and upgrade Thor's durability accordingly.
Obviously IRL that wouldn't be accurate, but if we're being consistent with the...
For one that wont happen considering this Thor is a clown in the mcu, he wouldnt 1 shot her though
He's just lost half his people alongside his best(?) friend and his brother. There's an entire scene with Rocket showing how serious he is in IW, he does make jokes but they're used to mask his...
Priority: 2 (I think? It might be in the same tier but it should otherwise upgrade AP/Durability for several characters)
Verse: Marvel Comics
Description: Captain America is launched through multiple structures
Cap can one shot too with his shield, and that's gonna be his primary form of attack. I gave my vote for Cap due to his superior defence coupled with his one-shot shield.
That thing does not obey the laws of physics at all.
Anyhow, Batman seems to have an stats advantage for now, though Cap does surpass Murdock and Sam by a good margin, it won't be enough. The shield though should tip it in his favour, Batman's not going to be using explosives left right and...
Jean would still stomp, I believe - Thor alone is about 1/8 Beerus' speed...Odin pulled planets from the edge of the universe in a split second. Even if Jiren is faster, it's not enough to give him the win - especially given her recent tier upgrade.
It's not nearly as impressive as some of his others, it's only the gravity of a neutron star. That said, I wouldn't know exactly how impressive it is, but it's well below his higher feats.
Harry's Occlumency comes a long way in Deathly Hallows, even from a specific and passive connection with Voldemort, which he doesn't share with Luke. Additionally, Harry has his cloak and his firebolt in his standard equipment, which should help.
OP also hasn't been updated either - two votes...
Thanos via higher AP, durability, skill, experience and brains. He fought several 392 teraton characters at once, though he did have the blade - and they were more versatile overall. His size also means that Marth'll have to work harder to cut deeper, and it also gives him leverage.
Does Deathwing go for it as a default tactic in combat? If not, I think Thor could win this via higher AP I would think, especially with Stormbreaker/Mjolnir - though I'm not sure since I don't think Deathwing has a calc. I also think Thor would land more blows due to his smaller size, and would...
Gotta love the OP.
Anyway, Critic has either resurrection or Regenerationn, and I don't remember it being instant. That said, the Critic should still win due to the hax and possibly higher AP.
If Frieza loses and this is added to their profiles I'll laugh for days.
Fight takes place in the ocean, Batman starts on the half-sunken Orca, just after Quint gets eaten.
No shark-repellent.
Jaws from the films and film novelizations.
Batman gets his gear from the beginning of Arkham City, once he gets the Batsuit.
Batman has seen Jaws, and knows how it ends...
Eru gets my vote, he's "at least" 2-C so he has the possibility of being far stronger, but LOTR is pretty vague in terms of power levels, but the possibility is there.
Pretty sure this should go under the "highly controversial," category, but I'll chime in anyway.
Spidey can turn his webs into adamantium:
...and has matter manipulation:
Two things I don't see Bruce countering in three months.
And with Spidey's powerset, in three months he could do a...
Haha, this should be fun.
Assuming the mass you stated for each animal is accurate...which I was sceptical about but this exists:
Goldfish can get pretty big, apparently
So fair game, I guess - I don't really care enough to research how big they grow on average thoroughly so I'll take your...
Hagrid's durability is "At least Wall level, likely Building level". And Harry's value is 10x lower than Shrek's casual AP, Shrek still has a good AP advantage as it was pretty casual feat 10x better than Harry's, but Hagrid's durability and range should give him a chance.
Look at this calc.
150,000 joules. Hagrid is far superior to an eleven year old Harry, Shrek may still be stronger, but it shouldn't be a mismatch. 17,000 joules comes from Hagrid's sheer size, not from Harry - so if that were the only factor, he wouldn't be >>>17,000 joules, he would be on...
Except it's not a gap of 92 times, it's just over ten times - an eleven year old Harry generates about 150,000 joules. I think Hagrid can close the gap enough to at least make it comparable. I don't think its a one-sided fight, in any case.
Hagrid > Harry, physically.
Harry can generate this much force, and has similar durability.
Not as strong as Shrek, but Hagrid is vastly superior to Harry so I think it should even out, or at least not have the gap be insurmountable.
Shrek was generally more impressive and I think has superior strength and durability, and lifting strength. He could hit Croc with a rock.
It'd be a big rock.
Battle takes place in Shrek's swamp.
15 metres apart, Hagrid has his pink umbrella and crossbow, Shrek is unarmed.
Speed unequalised.
Who wins?
The Ogre: 1
The Half-Giant:
What are you doing in my swamp?
Yer a wizard Harry
IIRC there seemed to be energy shields around the Statesman then, which weren't present in Ragnarok - either they weren't activated, or Hela somehow bypassed them (e.g. shields only work on energy or something).
Perhaps this shot would be better and determining the Statesman's size, as stated before Surtur seems to change size a lot, generally increasing.
You could probably find a better quality pic though.
You should probably specify Binary Captain Marvel in the thread, otherwise base Carol loses horribly.
My vote goes to Thor, he consistently has better feats and went toe to toe with Gladiator and it could be argued that he had the advantage.
Carol on the other hand didn't even faze him with an...
Just wanted to point this out. Valkyrie stated that Thor's power came from Asgard:
Thor "What Heroes Do" Scene - Thor Ragnarok (2017) Movie CLIP HD
You could interpret this in a number of ways, e.g. Thor's power comes from the people, Thor's power comes from the location, Thor's power...
But it was said that the seismic energy yield would be equal to a one-teraton explosion.
Though I suppose if the earthquake wasn't worldwide than it could reach that magnitude as well as the energy value.
I'm not particularly knowledgeable on earthquakes though.
I realize that - my mistake.
But there's still the fact of the one-teraton statement and the magnitude of the earthquake, which contradict his current rating - though the teraton and magnitude 10.5 statement contradict each other too.
Should full-IG Thanos be upgraded to universal? IIRC he was planning to strip the universe down to the last atom and build it anew.
This wouldn't be inconsistent with Thor's Stormbreaker feat of overpowering the gauntlet because a) Thanos was caught off guard, b) writers Christopher Markus and...
It's not explicitly stated but the magnitude of the earthquake was a 10.5 already and in the above calc a magnitude 10 earthquake is already small planet level.
However the panel also states that it was equal to a one-teraton explosion...which doesn't seem to be consistent to either calc.
I know, but other characters "shaking the earth" have been upgraded to small country level, so I'm wandering what the difference is and whether or not the upgrade can be applied here too.
