Sonic not being able to harm random bar patrons on the first movie is probably the worst anti-feat in the entire IP & unfortunately I knew some people who took that & ran with it. I'm glad the opposite is happening currently.

All this cross-scaling discussion got me thinking,wouldn't Pre & Post SGW scale to each other in general? Chaos energy technically created/destroyed the cosmology to be possibly 1-B/1-A,plus anything else in reality,haxes,abilities,etc. Pre-SGW was the demiurge for Post-SGW.
Perhaps the Egg-Wily Machine X was giving them another layer of resistance,since it was heavily amped by chaos energy too. Not quite the way a Super State would,but still.
The Wily part is out of context,the SGW did actively effect him & Eggman during the battle,but they programmed it to be outside observers that remember everything before & after the wave hits. It was Super Sonic's Chaos Control that reset their memories.
It would be wise to note that the Egg Grape Enerjak was in was a gigantic enhanced one tailor made to drain him, but still failed,not a normal one by any stretch. Eggman's tech should be far superior to Demitri's & Edmund's Chaos Syphon too. So that would be extremely high resistance,not limited.
Wily gains memories from an altered past,present,& future immediately when they launch the first wave in Worlds Collide. He & Eggman affected themselves too,but they're the only ones witnessing it happen. That & the Egg-Wily Machine X was amped by chaos energy,broken into pieces or not.
So...
Eggman tailor made a GIGANTIC Egg Grape to drain Enerjak & it still got nuked.
Eggman & Wily programmed the SGW so they could be the ones to witness in awe the changes to reality, all of their dialogue throughout Worlds Collide makes that pretty clear. Literally everything else was wiped out.
I don't buy Base Shadow being anywhere near Metal Overlord's level. I think it might an outlier,all around. Unless you believe some random floating cylinders are somehow complex-multi.

I've already answered this,"Another Time,Another Place" IS 1-to-1 Segasonic canon. Prime Zone would upscale from any & all alternate versions of themselves.
