Well, I would say it is a pretty common thing that goes down in fiction that have multiverse.
It happens in Invincible, Marvel, DC, Rick and Morty, the movie "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once," etc etc...
I really want them to start fighting throughout all the different possibilities. I love when there are battles across the different parallel worlds in media. It's fun.
Saitama doing those things is completely within his character. Abilities and physics are meaningless for him.
But Saitama regenerating? That is different. Regeneration presumes that some ability or power actually managed to hurt him to a pretty significant degree, which is already in of itself...
I dislike both of these options.
Regeneration feels strange for Saitama, and God not even being able to hurt Saitama would be a bit lame, considering that is the final fight of the series....
Saitama is probably a Multiversal anomaly, but I doubt he is actually immortal in any way.
I wonder what would happen if you tried to kill Saitama in the past or something though.
Piercing damage plus invulnerable sword. Trying to collide with an immovable object isn't going to go well. She'd just end up slashing through the tail since none of that energy actually ends up doing anything to the sword.
If she gets in close she just folds the pokemon via slashing him to death
I don't believe that'd even work considering she lacks the LS. Also, it's piercing. Trying to deflect it with a tail is going to get that tail chopped in halve.
As if she can even grapple her in the first place. 9 foot sword beats her out in range.
I mean if I must just get this over with I vote Nora since she can block all the attacks and outrange severely in close quarters. Luchadora lacks LS to grapple so that's out of the question as well.
I really like this recent version of Void's design. It almost gives me a ghost-rider vibe with the skull-like face and eye flares. And it isn't too far away from how he was in the webcomic.
I do wonder what is going on with his design though, considering this is far different than that...
I updated it after finding a method of calculating LS that would upgrade her. I mentioned on the tournament thread that it is inspired by an RWBY calculation.
The LS simply comes from her being able to swing her sword as fast as she does. That's it. Yeah, it ended up being Class G.
Okay so Nora now has a 6000+ x lifting strength advantage and is practically equal in AP.
I'll wait for Luchadora argument and then provide my counter.
Nora upped to 3.76 Tons since kinetic energy exists (Thanks again, RWBY profiles)...
200% is banned as a result since it is 8-B now.
Anyway... Blake is gonna eat the entire loser's bracket, I already know it.
Yuh, since she's able to swing around a sword that weighs 12 tons around at high speed.
Blake scales to Weiss who was able to block a heavy sword swinging down at her at high speed. Essentially stopping the force behind it. To find that force you use the centrifugal/or just general force...
Since these characters can easily fight outside the dimension where damage actually matters to the narrative, they pretty much have no cap on how much destruction can be caused. So yeah, I'm predicting big things.
Nora updates:
AP upped to 1.02 Tons in base, 10.2 Tons in 200%
Speed upped to Hypersonic in base, High Hypersonic in 200%
LS upped to Class G in base, higher in 200% (Funnily enough, by looking at Blake's profile I found out I could use the same centrifugal force formula in the calc she scales...
Fight could be anything at this point lol. Maybe they start crossing the multiverse. Once they get outside the our Earth dimension any level of power is possible....
NGL it doesn't really shut down Tier 2 for people saying it's Tier 2. The mere fact that Void is able to view and interact with entire universes as though they are little bubbles in comparison is enough for a lot of more casual scalers.
I mean when you have a visual as absurd as that it is...
Actually, I wonder... Could Blast's hyperspace/subspace gates be used to traverse throughout those possible worlds as well?
Man there's soooo many questions I have now that this multiverse stuff is here. OPM is going wild.
Yeah MUSHOKU TENSEI is great. It's a few steps behind re zero but I think it is a really good series.
Mostly talking about the anime though. I tried reading the novel before and it just wasn't as good. IMO the anime adaptation is the best form of it by far.
Opposite of Re Zero.
I want to know how Viz will translate the hyperspace line this time
I know people say it could be subspace but I think hyperspace makes more sense in this context this time.
Can I see the scans for speed of light scaling please? Also, for these chapter updates, could you accompany them with scans if possible? Less work in the long run.
I think he is able to selectively target parts of a bubble world...
Honestly though, with how it is showcased I don't see why he can't just easily destroy the whole bubble. I wouldn't even blame people for thinking he is Multiversal or whatever just based on the visuals there.
The Ark Collection
Difficulty: Nigh-Impossible. Even with prior knowledge, being randomly teleported is a death sentence. Nobody will help out a random nobody with no powers or abilities for free. Magic requires genius-level mental calculations that take average mages weeks or months of...
