Saying he is a vessel of God doesn't justify anything, Phantom. Those dimensions are already folded even before he uses the technique that you think causes them to fold. I'm sure I'm not the only one who expected our universe to look this way from a higher dimension. Not to mention, this already...
To insist on 2C is to lose the possible argument for a low 1C. This "he folds dimension" doesn't make sense anyway even without the proper translation.
'A bit weaker' is such an underestimating phrase when there are several scans that basically says and suggest Sonic is physically fodder and slower compared to FF. FF completely outclass Sonic in every category except in Mind. They aren't close level.

Amazing how some people think EV could beat CF Garou when Blast with his space trickery is enough to render most of EV's abilities useless, something Blast couldn't do to Garou due to his mimicry.
I can see a limited Acausality Type 4 argument for EV when he is outside of the universe. If the reason why GOD is invisible and untouchable is due to being outside of the universe and causality, who knows, maybe Type 5?
If a space that contains an infinite number of 2C is called and treated as a 'higher' dimension, I don't think you would need any more than that, as the message is straightforward enough. Though I'm not sure if it actually mentioned it being HD like what others said.
DS is like reversed causality, except that it works on a much larger scale, like choosing a moment from infinite bubbles and attacking it. It is similar to how Saitama traveled back in time to find the moment before CF Garou caused trouble and punched him.
